This exceptional microlot is cultivated by Jaime Zuluaga at Finca El Samán, nestled in the mountains of Montenegro, Quindio at an elevation of nineteen hundred metres above sea level. The Pink Bourbon variety is prized for its delicate complexity and vibrant cup character.

Ripe cherries undergo a thirty-six-hour extended fermentation under limited oxygen before being carefully dried on raised beds, producing an intensely fruity, ferment-forward profile with notes of Agave, Cacao Nib, Plum.

Jaime works closely with Cofinet to refine his processing techniques, ensuring each lot achieves outstanding quality and consistency while commanding premium prices for his speciality coffees.
