The altitude really shows—at 2,050 meters this Gesha has that delicate, almost tea-like clarity through the washed process. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and the wet fermentation gives it a clean, bright finish that keeps me coming back for another cup.

Brewed a V60 and the wet fermentation really lets the florals shine through—tea-like and delicate, almost no bitterness. At 2,050 masl you can taste the altitude in that clean, crisp finish. Easily the most nuanced cup I've had this season.
