Emma X. ★★★★★

The 1820-meter altitude really shows in the cup—clean, bright, and incredibly balanced for a washed Tabi. I brewed it as a pour-over and got a sweet, lingering finish that made me slow down and actually savor it. This is the kind of coffee that makes you want to buy another bag before you're even ha

Daniel N. ★★★★★

The first cup brewed from this washed Tabi was incredibly clean, with the altitude really coming through in its brightness. It's from a September 2024 harvest so the freshness is undeniable, and the 1820 masl growing condition gives it a lovely complexity.

Opened the bag this morning and the aroma alone was worth it — this washed Tabi from the 1820-meter lot is incredibly clean and bright. The cup’s got a silky body that lingers nicely, and the September harvest date means it’s still tasting super fresh. Definitely ordering again before this batch is
